TransLink’s 2019-2025 Customer Experience Action Plan

A document designed to communicate the corporation’s customer experience goals to TransLink employees. Extensive use of infographics and bright visual design created an engaging and interesting read.

Client Description: TransLink is officially known as The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority. The company delivers public transit services and programs throughout the Metro Vancouver region. Their service area spans more than 1800 square kilometres. The system is made up of an extensive bus system, SkyTrain rapid transit, SeaBus passenger ferries, commuter rail services and more.
